This book, published in 2017 and set as the Archbishop of Canterbury's Lent book for 2018. It is 224 pages long but isn't a very difficult book to read and is well laid out. The author dicusses many aspects of prayer but comes down to the point that really it is as individual as each person. A great book for those who may want to look at refreshing their prayer lives or just want a different insight into prayer.
