Website Changes And Other News

Good morning!

Yesterday I held a stall in Andover at St. Mary's Church that was enjoyable and successful. Not enough money to replace my printer or desk chair, but successful nonetheless. As a result, due to my till not connecting to this site, I have hidden all Hannah Dunnett cards from view until I have done a complete stock check (which won't be today as its a Sunday). I believe I have already hidden all other sold items from view.

Over time I will also be changing the way I show my prices for the secondhand/nearly new books so you know how much is what I am charging for the book itself, and how much is the cost of Postage via Royal Mail First Class for its size/weight. I would break down the prices further and add in how much goes towards the c and transaction fees but as I have multiple versions of checkout, each one takes a slightly different cut and therefore it's too complicated to work out.

Hopefully in 2023 I will not only have the book completed and formatted that should have been ready this year, but possibly others as well, plus the charity stockings I was hoping to get done this year. I didn't hear back from the charity as to whether they wanted the idea so I will look for a different charity to get it off the ground next year. Apologies for anyone that was hoping for that to be available, I'm disappointed too. This business is as much about being a blessing to others as it is giving me enough money to live and an outlet for the creativity God has given me.

Also next year I will be giving the option (if I can replace my printer!) to have my cross stitch designs as a kit and some of the bookmarks will be available to purchase as a physical product as well.

Another exciting development is that there may be some non-christian books getting added during 2023.

Don't forget, although I'm based in Andover, I ship anywhere in the UK and all my cross stitch designs are, or will be, available as PDF downloads. All Churches in which I hold my stall get a tithe from any sales made so if you're relatively local to Andover UK and want me to have a stall at your church or Christian group, drop me an email and we can discuss it.

May God bless you this Christmas season and throughout the rest of this year and next year.
