I downloaded a digital product but haven't recieved the link.
If you didn't get the link to your download then please email me using the link above and I will see about making sure you get a replacement. please provide proof of purchase with your email.
How will my orders be shipped?
All physical orders will be posted via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Postage is calculated by weight at checkout and the standard cost is calculated using the Royal Mail First Class prices. The 'Signed For' is a FREE upgrade I provide on all orders.

If you need a different type of delivery (For example guaranteed by 1pm, etc.) please either leave a note at checkout or send me a message as soon as you can I will send an invoice for the additional costs.
Digital downloads will contain a link to the product and you should receive this in an email as soon as payment has been processed. if you do not receive within 24 hours (remember technology isn't perfect and sometimes computers go offline and systems need maintenance etc and this can make things take longer to get through) then please use the email address above.
Do you post outside the UK?
I'm sorry but at the current time I only allow purchases within the UK due to tax purposes and being a sole trader working alone. I hope in the future that I can begin shipping internationally.
Do you have a phone number?
Currently you cannot call Fellowship Crafts but messages can be sent via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Text Message.
Why is there plastic packaging in my order?
As a part of trying to make my business sustainable and keep customer costs low I use whatever packaging I have. If I have to buy packaging then I will never buy plastic, single use packaging, but if someone sends me something in plastic I will keep it out of landfill by reusing it. For example; I was once given some cellophane pockets for my cards. it would be more wasteful to throw them away than to use them. Once used such things can be shredded and used as packaging to keep items safe.
